Click here to access MyBenefits Online. Accessing benefit information has never been easier. With this new, innovative technology you can file and track claims, check claims status and review claims history, get coverage details and make changes to personal information.*

Features include:

  • Online Access 24/7 enables you to make changes or additions to your benefits, upload claims requests and review your benefits and claims history
  • Claims Status and Filing lets you file a claims using AB’s online forms submission process and upload all your supporting documents
  • Policy Information - you can print or review policy information, coverage details, or certificates on existing coverage. Also review other product options available to you
  • Update Information such as physical address, email address and phone number. You can even accept electronic delivery of documents
There is also a "Need Help?" section, which enables you to review a listing of telephone numbers to contact Allstate Benefits, ask a question online or submit your question through an email form.
